For OVERNIGHT OR EXPRESS ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY for Saturday or Monday delivery, please do not place your order online. Call us directly before noon PST on Friday and we will do our best to accommodate your RUSH request.

Orders placed over the weekend or holidays will be processed Next business day.
Orders placed before 12:00 PST will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PST will be processed the following business day.

Return Policy

To initiate a return, you MUST call the Gematria customer service office between the hours of 9:30 am and 4:30 pm Pacific time Monday through Friday to get an Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without an Authorization Number.

When you call, you will be given the additional information you will need to complete your return.

Returns sent without prior authorization from our office are not eligible for credit or refunds.
