Complete Aminos – Capsules
Our Complete Aminos supplement provides your body with highly-absorbable, quality amino acids that build protein!
Our Complete Aminos(tm) is a synergistic blend of over 20 free-form amino acids and provide your body with as much protein as what is contained in egg white protein.
The difference is, when you consume a protein, such as egg white protein, the body must digest the protein all the way down to single amino acids to be able to use the amino acids to rebuild tissue. In this formula, the work is done for you!

There are approximately 28 known amino acids that when combined together make up hundreds of proteins that are present in all living things. In order for all the vitamins and minerals we intake on a daily basis to work properly, amino acids are an imperative part of our lives. Our liver produces 80% of our amino acids – the non-essential amino acids, which can be manufactured by the body from other amino acids obtained from dietary sources. The other 20% are produced by a healthy diet and these are called essential amino acids, which cannot be manufactured, by the body and need to be obtained from our diets. The importance of proper amino acid levels is to insure that our bodies have enough protein for every day function. They enable all the vitamins and minerals to perform their jobs properly.
As protein molecules often contain hundreds of amino acids connected and cross-linked into complex structures, the task of complete digestion is enormous. It requires many stages of breakdown from the stomach to intestines to “chop” the proteins into smaller and smaller sections until the reduction to free form amino acids is reached.
The first potential challenge that the body is faced with is the inadequate digestion of protein to free form amino acids. Although the diet may supply an apparently adequate amount of protein, incomplete digestion may reduce greatly the quantity of free form amino acids that are generated for tissue renewal purposes.
Those looking for immune system support or those with digestive problems, for example, often have a very difficult time with protein absorption, therefore loosing muscle mass. Complete Aminos™ is designed for those who have this terrible difficulty with protein absorption. Deprived of sufficient amino acids to make its own proteins and enzymes, the body may suffer from a state of protein and enzyme deficiency even though dietary intake appears adequate.
Additionally, this product has been developed in both neutral- and pro- immune formulas. The neutral -immune formula was designed such that it may be the only complete blend of free form amino acids available that will not over-activate immune activity.
The Complete Aminos™ provides free form amino acids that are highly absorbable without further digestion and provide an intense burst of highly concentrated, life-giving, amino power. Additionally, it can also be taken during that “3:00pm slump” or anytime during the day that you feel you need an extra energy boost.
AMINO ACIDS Among the most vital of all of life’s building blocks, every protein and enzyme in the body is formed from amino acids linked together. Powerful whole-body energizing molecules like adrenaline are amino acid derived. Many of the major neurotransmitters (chemical signal molecules that drive the complex processing in the brain) are made from amino acids. The most critical of all the aminos are the essential amino acids. The term essential is applied because the body is unable to make these amino acids from other nutrients. The body must ingest these specific amino acids in their exact chemical form from external sources. A deficiency of any of these aminos in the diet impairs protein synthesis. The essentials are well covered the Complete Aminos. As is fully discussed in Earl Mindell’s Vitamin Bible, each of the ingredients listed below is just a short summary of some of its known health benefits.
Suggested Use: Can be taken as needed for an energy boost, immune support, or additional protein.
POWDER: A ½ a tsp. taken sublingually, directly under the tongue, on an empty stomach will provide the most immediate results. For regimental use, place a ½ a tsp. of the powder under the tongue or in juice and mix vigorously. This can be done 1 to 3 times daily prior to meals or as directed.
Ingredients:
The essential amino acids contained in Complete Aminos™ are:
DL-PHENYLALANINE (DLPA): consists of equal parts of the D (synthetic) and natural L forms. Addition of the D component serves as an endorphin booster. Endorphins are natural pain relievers made in the brain. Increased endorphin levels promoted by DLPA have been associated with marked relief of chronically painful conditions, a strong mood elevating action, and pain relief that becomes more effective over time without having to increase the amount used.
L-LYSINE: Vital in the makeup of critical body proteins, lysine is needed for growth, tissue and repair, and production of antibodies, hormones, and enzymes. Lysine can promote better concentration and improve the burning of fat for energy production, reduce the risk of herpes infections or recurrence, and aid in relieving some fertility problems.
L-VALINE, L-LEUCINE, and L-ISOLEUCINE are known as branched chain amino acids, the most potent muscle builders of the aminos. Their use can reduce appetite, reverse the tendency of muscles breakdown with heavy exertion, and increase muscle growth. Within two hours of ingestion, 100 percent of branched chain amino acids are available to muscle.
L-METHIONINE is the initial amino acid of the chain in all protein synthesis. Evidence in lab animals suggests it may promote hair growth. It is one of the sulphur containing amino acids and is important in many body functions. Through its supply of sulphur, it improves the tone and pliability of the skin, conditions the hair and strengthens nails. The mineral sulphur also protects the cells from airborne pollutants, such as smog, slows down the aging process in the cells, and is involved with the production of protein. Methionine is essential for the absorption and transportation and bioavailability of selenium and zinc in the body. It also acts as a lipotropic agent to prevent excess fat buildup in the liver, and is an excellent chelator of heavy metals, such as lead, cadmium and mercury, binding them and aiding in their excretion from the body.
L-THREONINE promotes the proper utilization of dietary protein. It is an essential amino acid & not manufactured by the body and must be acquired from food. It is an important constituent in many body proteins and is necessary for the formation of tooth enamel protein, collagen and elastin. It is a precursor to the amino acids glycine and serine. It acts as a lipotropic in controlling fat build-up in the liver.
Other major amino acids can be manufactured by the body from essential amino acids and other raw materials. In Complete Aminos™, these include:
L-GLYCINE: The simplest chemical structure of the aminos, remarkable benefits have been attributed to its use. It has proven helpful to improve pituitary gland function and works synergistically with Arginine and ornithine to stimulate growth hormone release. I it helps supply muscles with essential energy for muscle function. Glycine has also proved useful for low blood sugar and in relieving over secretion of stomach acid.
L-GLUTAMINE and L-GLUTAMIC ACID: Glutamic acid serves primarily as a brain fuel and can absorb excess ammonia, which would otherwise impair high performance brain function. Glutamine is formed when glutamic acid combines with ammonia. Glutamine can improve intelligence even in the mentally deficient. It may enhance mood and relieve fatigue. Its use has helped control alcoholism, sped the healing of stomach ulcers, and overcome impotence.
L-ARGININE and L-ORNITHINE: Converted into one another their effects are mutually reinforcing. They act together to promote growth hormone release, especially beneficial after the age of 30. Growth hormone promotes muscle building and fat burning and has been shown to have profound age reversing properties in older persons. Arginine and ornithine also promote physical and mental alertness, may increase sperm counts in males, and can accelerate would healing. The immune response is generally enhanced. Arginine and ornithine should not be given to growing children or schizophrenic persons. Occasionally a herpes condition can be aggravated, which effect is counterbalanced in this product by the presence of lysine. Skin thickening can occur at extremely high ingestion levels, much higher than in his product, which effect is reversible with a reduction in intake. Any physical trauma increases the need for dietary Arginine for tissue repair. Connective tissue can also be strengthened to give healthier tendons and ligaments.
L-SERINE: This amino acid is synthesized by the body from the amino acids glycine or threonine. Its production requires adequate amounts of B-7 (niacin), B-6, and folic acid. It is needed for the metabolism of fats and fatty acids, muscle growth and a healthy immune system. It aides in the production of immunoglobulins and antibodies. It is a constituent of brain proteins and nerve coverings. It is important in the formation of cell membranes, involved in the metabolism of purines and pyrimidines, and muscle synthesis. It is also used in cosmetics as a skin moisturizer. Serine is abundant in meats and dairy products, wheat gluten, peanuts and soy products, all of which are common allergens.
L-ALANINE: May alleviate hypoglycemia and improve immune system function. It is a non-essential amino acid that can be manufactured by the body from other sources as needed. Alanine is one of the simplest of the amino acids and is involved in the energy-producing breakdown of glucose. In conditions of sudden anaerobic energy need, when muscle proteins are broken down for energy, alanine acts as a carrier molecule to take the nitrogen-containing amino group to the liver to be changed to the less toxic urea, thus preventing buildup of toxic products in the muscle cells when extra energy is needed. Because the body easily constructs alanine from other sources, no deficiency state is known. Alanine is found in a wide variety of foods, but is particularly concentrated in meats.
L-ASPARTIC ACID: By aiding in the expulsion of harmful ammonia, Aspartic acid protects the nervous system. Athletes given salts of aspartic acid showed increased stamina and endurance. Immune system function has also been enhanced.
L-HISTIDINE: Relieves stress and may enhance libido. It is intricately involved in a large number of critical metabolic processes, ranging from the production of red and white blood cells to regulating antibody activity. Histidine also helps to maintain the myelin sheaths that surround and insulate nerves. In particular, Histidine has been found beneficial for the auditory nerves, and a deficiency of this vital amino acid has been noted in cases of nerve deafness.
L-PROLINE: Proline is synthesized by the body from the amino acids glutamine or ornithine. The best food sources for Proline are dairy products and eggs, and in lesser amounts meats and wheat germ. It is one of the main components of collagen, the connective tissue structure that binds and supports all other tissues. It is most effective in this regard when combined with vitamin C supplementation. Proline is used in collagen synthesis and cartilage repair. It improves skin texture, and studies have shown that collagen is neither properly formed or maintained if Vitamin C is lacking, so Proline is most effective when adequate Vitamin C is supplied at the same time.
L-CYSTINE and L-CYSTEINE: rich sources of sulfur, these aminos are important anti-aging nutrients. These nutrients protect against toxicity from metals, alcohol, smoking, x-rays, and nuclear radiation. They help prevent baldness and improve the condition of hair, skin, and nails.
ANTI-OXIDANTS Oxygen used for internal combustion within cells is vital for cell function. If fuel is not completely burned in the process of energy generation, highly reactive molecules called free radicals may be formed. Free radicals derive their name form having free or uncombined electrons, which aggressively rip our bits of other molecules to satisfy their need to combine. Free radicals may damage membranes, proteins and even DNA. Their presence is felt to be a factor in the aging of tissues and the risk of malignancy. Anti-oxidants neutralize free radicals and protect and preserve the integrity of tissue.
Complete Aminos™ are given further enhancement by the addition of several powerful free radical neutralizers, which include:
L-TAURINE: This amino acid has a potent anit-oxidant action in the spaces between cells. It is one of the most abundant amino acids in the body. It is found in the central nervous system, skeletal muscle and is very concentrated in the brain and heart. It is synthesized from the amino acids methionine and cysteine, in conjunction with vitamin B6. Animal protein is a good source of taurine, as it is not found in vegetable protein. Vegetarians with an unbalanced protein intake, and therefore deficient in methionine or cysteine may have difficulty manufacturing taurine.
Taurine is necessary for the chemical reactions that produce normal vision, and deficiencies are associated with retinal degeneration. Besides protecting the retina, taurine may help prevent and possibly reverse age-related cataracts. Low levels of taurine and other sulphur containing amino acids are associated with high blood pressure, and taurine supplements have been shown to lower blood pressure in some studies.
Other possible uses for Taurine supplementation include eye disease, cirrhosis, depression and male infertility due to low sperm motility and hypertension. Possible symptoms of toxicity include diarrhea and peptic ulcers. For those considering taurine supplements, taurine is known to have a calming or depressant effect on the central nervous system, and may impair short term memory. Taurine is present in meats and animal products, but not in plant products.
L-CITRULINE: This amino is synthesized in the body from ornithine by the addition of carbon dioxide and ammonia, and is a precursor of arginine. It is found primarily in the liver and is a major component of the urea cycle. Therapeutically it is used for the detoxification of ammonia, a byproduct of protein breakdown, and in the treatment of fatigue. It is also thought to stimulate the immune system. Onions, watermelon, and garlic contain an abundance of citruline.
Similarly the amino acids cystine, and methionine have intracellular anti-oxidant properties.
